Hot Springs National Park is open all year round, ready and waiting for you to enjoy your visit.

There is a temporary visitor center located in the Lamar Bathhouse which is open every day between 9am and 5pm, except for some holiday days – Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. The hours are often extended during the summer months.

NB – The Fordyce Bathhouse will close at the beginning of October 2012 and will not re-open until September 2013.

Bathhouse Row Emporium is open every day between 9am and 5pm, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. This is the park store which is located within the Lamar Bathhouse.

Hot Springs National Park Seasons

Remember that Hot Springs, Arkansas does have very distinct seasons, so be prepared for hot and humid weather in the summer, milder weather during the spring and fall and it can get very cold during the winter time.

You see, there are Robins, snow and everything – a beautiful winter wonderland – real Christmas card stuff.
