Driving to Mammoth Cave National Park From the North
Follow Interstate 65 until you reach Exit 53, aka the Cave City Exit, then turn right onto KY-70. KY70/255 does eventually become the Mammoth Cave Parkway which will lead you directly to the visitors center.
Driving to Mammoth Cave National Park From the South
Follow Interstate 65 until you reach Exit 48, aka the Park City Exit, then turn left onto KY-255, following that road until it becomes the Park City Road straight into Mammoth Cave National Park. Follow this route until it joins the Mammoth Cave Parkway and turn left eventually reaching the visitors center.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON MAMMOTH CAVE NATIONAL PARK ROADS.
